Perks your way
For small companies and startups, software like Zestful has never existed. Most perk and reward solutions are tailored to Fortune 100 companies, leaving smaller teams to find a solution on their own. Zestful’s mission is to give small and large companies alike the superpowers they need to keep their diverse workforce happy.
Zestful has no spend minimums or contracts. On average, the companies using Zestful give ~$50 per employee per month, making it easy for teams of all sizes to implement.
“Everything today is so personalized, but somehow the perks your employer gives you are still one-size-fits-all. By giving people a balance that they can spend anywhere they want, you’re actually giving them the ability to use their work perks to benefit their personal lives. With this new round of funding, we’ll be able to make Zestful that much better and continue expanding to companies of all shapes and sizes.” –Mat Vogels, CEO & Founder, Zestful
With the addition of popular program suggestions and templates, like a monthly fitness allowance, experience & travel stipends, and meal plan programs (especially useful for remote employees), our newest product release makes it even easier for smaller companies to get up and running in minutes.
On the roadmap is a mobile app, various integrations, including Zapier and Slack, and event-based Rewards which will allow admins to set goals ahead of time for their employees to achieve and, in turn, earn rewards to use in Zestful.
