We’re full steam ahead making it easy for companies of any size to create the perfect perk and reward program. And in February we took a big step forward with tons of great features, including our all-new Peer to Peer Rewards program and Personal Balances. We hope you enjoy them!
Peer to Peer
This is a big one. We heard from many company admins that they didn’t want to have all the fun, they wanted their employees to be able to give rewards to each other as well! We listened, and the Zestful Peer to Peer program was born! You can learn more about the new feature here, and check out the video below. Peer to Peer is the perfect addition to our Zestful programs alongside Allowances and Rewards.
What is it exactly? The Peer to Peer program allows you to give an allowance that your team members can give amongst each other. For example, empower your team to each give $10/mo to another person in the company.
How much does it cost? It’s included in our standard $5/employee/month fee!
Add Personal Balances
We now make it easy for individuals to upload their own personal balances into Zestful to use alongside any funds that their company gives them. For example, if the company gives $50/month towards fitness and health, but the gyms costs $80, an employee can now instantly add a one-time or recurring $30 balance on their Zestful account to make up for the difference.
How quickly do funds appear in your account? Great question – Instantly. Waiting in line at Starbucks and need to top up your Zestful balance to get that extra scone? Two taps and you’re there.
Assign multiple products or categories to a single Allowance
No need to creating multiple allowances for multiple products. You can now create a single allowance and assign it to multiple products at the same time. For example, a $20/month allowance than can be used between Spotify, Netflix, and Soundcloud – let your employees decide!
Team Admins and permission controls
We now make it easy to assign Team Admins to any team in Zestful. You can then toggle which permissions they have on this team, including Creating Allowances, Giving Rewards, and Inviting/Removing Team Members.
Revamped Zestful onboarding process
We made a bunch of changes to how you get started with Zestful, and we still have lots of improvements yet to come.
